I'm am kind of Introvert and do not have many friends especially female where do I start I want to improve?

I myself am an introvert. When I moved to this state, I had no one but my daughters who live near but they have their own lives. It was also right at the time of the pandemic that I moved, so I was home just cooking and baking to stay sane. Later on I joined something called MeetUp groups, which is online. You join whatever interest groups you like, and then go out with them to different functions, games, hikes, dog-meets, etc. It all depends on what you like to do and you can search for them on the site. I've since joined a dozen where I meet many people, but really like one and I've made friends. I also met someone nice last year but that was from a dating site.

You don’t plan this out just be as who you are so you connect with people who are as you and deserve you. You also can’t really fix this by reading what to do about it. Be patient with life life will slap you a few times and somedays one morning you will wake up anew and realize you have changed
However is being an introvert is blocking you live your life you can see a therapist there is nothing wring with that.

You can try those dating apps but even now over the last decade I have not known anyone who has gotten engaged or married from meeting on those things, however, I have a solution. I met my girlfriend from a friend at www.meetup.com .

I had been going to indoor and outdoor soccer matches for about a year and one of the girls there said "I know someone I want you to meet." It has worked out for us. YOu should try this website under sports, hobbies, and activities. All you do is put your zip code in.

I know of one person on this site, who married a person they found on a dating site. Also, I had colleagues who met their SO on a dating site. However in my opinion, better to meet in person to meet various people in groups.
