How do you deal with your child’s bus driver bullying your child?

The bus barn won’t do anything other then recommend I pull my kind form the bus that or put her on another route and from what the parents tell me. That driver is worse then the one I have (if that’s even possible)

Her name is Donna and she has been screaming at my daughter and the other kids on the bus so loudly that I can hear her inside my house, she’s been cussing, she has wrote my daughter up multiple times getting he suspended form the bus over mini or things such as having a foot in the isle.

She lets the kids she likes eat and drink and do whatever. I have also seen the video tapes and heard from other parents that she’s doing the same thing. She treats the kids she likes very well and lets them get away with stuff while being extremely horrible to students like my daughter.

Another thing she’s done is has gotten into road rage with people once when someone ran her stop sign (which I understand but) and another time where she almost got into a fight with someone at a red light.

She also shows up about as early as she possibly can and has been more then five minutes ahead of schedule before. She has left my daughter and other students on more then one occasion including almost running over a kid once.

I can’t drive her and I especially don’t want her on the other bus.

When I talked to her she seemed like a nice person the first few times. Until another time she slammed the door in my face and drove off and another time yelled at me and threatened to call the police and how she was former law enforcement and if I boarded her bus she would kick my ass and it’s trespassing.

Because she wouldn’t let my daughter off the bus when the other kids were acting up. She’s also been up to a hour late because she pulls over and my daughter recorded a video where she went off for 30 minutes screaming and yelling
