Sometimes what I’m feeling shows on my face, mostly annoyance and aggravation. How can I correct this?

My mom asked me to watch the kids and I was a little annoyed, but was still willing. Then said she will just have my dad do it because she could tell I didn’t want to. I told her I didn’t care and still would but she commented on how my face changed, which I didn’t even know it did that on its own. She said when I do that it makes her not want me to watch them and that I’m a total different person after. Clearly to her everyone sees it and this is the first time I’m hearing of it.
All I was doing is just sitting on the couch watching what the kids were watching and she said I had a problem which inside I was a little annoyed but didn’t have a big problem. I didn’t even notice my face looked annoyed.
I’m just wondering on how I can be more aware of how my emotions show.
