I don’t think you can switch traits like that - a lot of introverts just find that they need to put themselves in uncomfortable extroverted situations in order to blend and progress but find solitude in being by themselves even still. Being introverted doesn’t mean you don’t know how to talk to people

Changing personality that drastically is a pretty hard thing to do. I've never known anyone to go from introverted to extroverted. I do know some people who have done the reverse, which is easier... one considers himself a hermit now.

Hard to say. It's difficult to differentiate people who are just quiet until you get to know them and then they open up or people who are actually introverted become more extroverted.
