Guys is it normal for an introvert who looooooves being alone cos I mean that is our (introverts around the world) comfort zone. Anyways back to my question, is it normal for an introvert who wanna be alone also wanna go out and have the fun of her life. She wants to explore outside the world and at the same time, she's like... you know what, nevermind. I am confused beyond words. Why is it like that?

Very normal, fantasizing about it yet when it comes to actually doing it end up not doing it, maybe that's you telling yourself that you should do more shit and find a less introverted person in you, because introversion means you need more time alone than an extrovert who needs more time with other people, doesn't mean either should be doing that one thing at all times

The problem with people saying "introverted extrovert" is that it's not a thing. It has to do more with energy transference (as in... do you recharge your social battery being alone or being with others) than "liking to go out but also be at home".

And the word you're looking for is ambivert.

I'm one. I dont do well in person with interactions but online I'm a social butterfly who loves trying new things with people. I crave my alone time and I have to build up my energy again to want to be around people in person.

I am introverted but have learned how to communicate before people in general. Legislators to Clients to Finacial entities. I do NOT like it. I do not like the way I found but life requires formal written and verbal communications. I recommend joining toastmasters if you have issues in presenting aloud before people. The online meetings are convenient but not “easy”.

I'm extremely introverted but I like taking mainstage and showing off things I'm good at. I think it's pretty common. I don't like talking to people I don't already know, but I have no problem entering various tournaments or speaking publicly.
