Is there anywhere your sibling could move to that you would flat out refuse to visit that at?

So my relationship with most of my family is pretty strained, the only people I would have said I have a pretty good relationship with would be my siblings, and my older brother moved to Michigan about a 12 hour drive away from our whole family in Tennessee, which I completely understand, that's just the direction his life has gone, I've gone to visit him before, I'm the only family member that's gone to visit him since he moved a couple years ago and made that effort, normally he just comes to visit family instead of them going to him, I've wanted to move away since i was 16, and here recently I've gotten the means and finally have created the opportunity for myself to actually do something with my life. I know when I move I won't really hear from most of my family that lives here anymore and they probably won't make an attempt to visit me afterwards, but my older brother who I'd consider the sibling I'm the closest to flat out told me in no uncertain words that if I move to Texas, he'll never come visit me, and if I want to see him I have to go to him instead.

I just don't even know how to feel about that.
