Wouldn't be finically good for me to have a pet nevermind spoil it. But even if so nah. Pets don't need that much to keep happy and loving them, feeding them and looking after them is enough for them to be happy. They aren't like humans with knowledge to have desires for much else so feed the cat let it go out and play, and cuddle it that's enough to make that cat happy.
And I am for sure a cat person so that would be my pet or a snake or some other more obscure animal. I've had many experiences with cats they always love me.

Heck no.

Why would I value an animal over my own flesh and blood? When things burn down to it, I can replace my pet. But, I cannot replace my grandmother, father, mother, siblings, or cousins!! They will always be more valuable to me than some pet that only likes me because I feed them!

No , if I am in a committed relationship with a girl , she is my main priority , I will spoil her more than I spoil an animal , No offense but i think people that choose pets over loved ones have some sort of mental illness that they should really try to get help with , it’s ok to love you pet but to make a pet a priority over your partner isn’t normal behavior. If my partner and my dog were hanging from a cliff and I could only save one , I would save my partner. People that say they would save their pet , shouldn’t be in a relationship with anyone. They are definitely suffering from some sort of mental illness that they should really seek intense counseling for Shock treatment or some shit lol

I was good to my pets, made sure they were fed and kept them safe. I gave them plenty of attention and if they got sick I took them to the vet I did not treat them better than my kids. I did not send them to college or buy them cars
