Why do friends always ghost me?

They aren’t good friends. They’re also cowards. They can’t face you and tell you want the problem is. Sure legally they don’t owe you a explanation but it says a lot about who they are.

I had one friend left, a best friend from high school... but she's stopped talking to me now even though she was just in my wedding. I reached out to her but I don't expect a return.
It keeps happening, and it makes me sad. I wonder if friendship is over rated, and all that really matters is family.
My past few groups of friends just enjoyed bullying me, something I didn't realize until they let me know once I guess they got bored.
Maybe it's because I'm autistic but is it really this hard for everyone else to maintain healthy friendships?
