Should I cut ties with my friend for insulting my deceased parents?

Okay so last week my new friend kept poking fun at me because she knows how much I like to complain over nothing and always act so serious all the time. I do poke at her too. Her jokes are so brutal but whatever. One time she called me “cheap ass” after I refused to buy a $10 bag of popcorn when we were out. I mean it’s too much money. She said it’s once in a while so live it up. Then she would rag at me for looking moody and I need to lighten up. She make a harsh joke about my parents. She was like, “What are you going to do? Cry to sissy about me making a little joke? You’re parents are dead. Grandpa too! Be a woman and take a damn joke! Lighten up. Too bad your mother is dead otherwise she would have taught you how to be a decent woman!” I couldn’t believe what I heard. I was shocked. She said, “I was joking! Accept for the woman part. Sorry you went though your losses but it doesn’t mean I’m going to stop joking and raging on you. You can’t be sad all the time.”
I yelled at her for insulting my parents like that and cried in the spare room at her house. I booked an Uber home but her mom offered to take me home. I don’t think I wanna hang with her anymore. She hasn’t apologized. She really hurt me so bad. I just lost my grandpa seven months ago.
