18 when I got my learners license because I needed a form of ID and there was a workshop offering free license sitting, 20 when I actually learnt to drive and got my restricted license, and 22 when I got my full license. NZ has different licenses.

I passed my driving test (UK) and got my license when I was seventeen... That's the earliest you can obtain one here.

I was 16, which is the youngest one can get a driver's license in my home state; I got my learner's permit and passed my driving test a few months later. It was a limited license, called a junior license, that only allowed me to drive during daylight hours, and not with any minors unless a parent was present. At age 18, that automatically became a senior license, where the junior license restrictions were removed.

I was 17 when I got my "junior license" which let me drive with restrictions. In the state/county where I lived, it was so populated that I was prohibited from driving by myself. When I was 18, then I got my full license.

As soon as I turned 16. And my parents gave me a car (nothing fancy).
I got my learner's permit when I was 15 1/2.
I couldn't wait to drive.
