I’m honestly miserable I have no reason to be but life just doesn’t excite me I’m not close with my father, forced to live with my mother because I can’t afford to move out we don’t get along, I work a job I hate just to have money to buy shit I don’t need. Life just seems like a boring movie I want to end I get to do things I enjoy but is that all life is? just doing small things you enjoy and auto piloting till death sounds pointless to me. So when people say look at what you do have who cares?

If you’re miserable, that’s a you problem. That’s the irony of the whole “I tried positive thinking but I knew it wouldn’t work and it didn’t!” It sounds like you have a lot of reasons to be unhappy but practicing gratitude for the little good things can’t make your life any worse, can it?
Life is what you make of it. Sadly, there is a tendency for people to quickly adapt to positive events or possessions, leading to a return to a baseline level of happiness.
That’s how I feel happy for a sec but the whole life day to day bores me work sleep eat friends on days off it’s just to simple to me
Because a simple mind needs to touch to believe.
