How to deal with zero communication skills or opposite too much analysing and paying attention to little things?

What to do if I have ADHD or probably autism and get kicked from every group cause I’m too much impulsive and say if something offends me real quick, than gaslight myself that it wasn’t too serious and I shouldn’t have to react that way. But I start thinking about it again and got mad by remembering every details that was wrong. Then it makes other people in group mad or irritated and I fight with specific person that start fighting with me openly and get kicked out from group. It happened almost with group chats😅
But I actually I enjoy fighting and proving that I’m right and not that much sad because they kicked out me. But I make everyone block me and stop talking with me lol. I can be wrong but most important for me it’s proving what wasn’t fair for me.
Sometimes I think that I’m just not useful or beautiful enough to act that way.
