I would feel cry, feel angry, and then feel depressed.

I would feel bummed out but not stay upset forever if it was done humanely and only for food.

I would not know what to feel.

It happened to me when I was a kid but not with a goat but with a chicken

Both my brother and I had rach one a chicken that we would take care of. My brother's chicken was mean and would always try to pick at our fingers.

One day, my father took the butcher's cleaver and chopped the neck off. It was very traumatizing because the nerves of the chicken had last reflexes despite the head being chopped off. I am not going to say what happened next but suffice to say that it left a terrible impression on me.
