There's a pearl-handled six-shooter that I acquired when my grandparents died. And if this counts, my mom somehow received my grandmother's engagement and wedding rings, which she in turn offered to me when my then-girlfriend, now-wife and I were discussing getting engaged.

I have a silver dollar minted in 1923, the year my father was born. His mother gave it to him before he went into the army. He had it in battle and he had it the whole time he was in a POW camp.
