What was your favorite show that you're overly religious strict parents didn't allowed you to watch?

My most favorite is Goosebumps, Everytime I was over at my favorite aunt's house I would watch Goosebumps and my mom wouldn't even notice lol. According to my mom If I watch Goosebumps I was going to be demonically possed or that a demon would come out of the TV lol. What was your favorite show as a kid that your parents didn't allowed you to watch? And why?

When I was really little, my parents wouldn't let me watch Family Guy, even though it was a cartoon, with a funny fat guy, a cute baby and a dog that could talk. Little did I know the fat guy was a raging alcoholic, the baby was constantly trying to kill his mom and the dog was constantly trying to bang the fat guy's wife 😂😂😂😂

I didn’t have any specifically banned shows, but we weren’t allowed to watch anything other than PBS until I was about 9.

I don't know. My parents don't believe like what you describe about yours. However my parents did limit TV for the whole family. They felt that some shows were too trashy. I never felt the limitations cause I didn't have a desire to watch a trashy show.

My mom wouldn't let me watch any R rated stuff when I was little, but my dad would let me watch anything on TV that he was watching. My mom wasn't very religious and my dad was not religious at all.
