Do I need the child's father's permission to cut our son's hair?

Everytime I get someone to cut our son hair he get mad but he not financially helping me with our son

That seems unlikely. I'm not a lawyer... call me a White House Press Secretary instead if you prefer... but I think you only need permission for medical procedures, and even then I assume not in an emergency. Google or AI would give you a better answer than I can.

If there's no custody order, then you don't have to see the ex at all. He will have to file for visitation but if he does then he will be also be ordered to pay support.

No need for his permission, he shouldn't have any access to his son since he isn't worth of a husband nor a father, what a jerk he is!
