well motivation comes at all different angles..some how one of you will be motivated to make that step never know when it happen but when dealing with these kind of things any and everything can happen..i would try to hold it in because I'm shy.. I just find ways to say I like you but not direct..but since I be at it so long and I'm getting the signs I want I'm thinking about coming out with all of it every little though..and so will one of you..time can only tell

You have to make your feelings clear to him.. You don't have to straight up tell him that you like him, but try to flirt with him and ask him to hang out with you, and he should get the hint.

How can you like each other and friend zone each other at the same time? Are you sure the feeling is mutual. If he does like you, trust me, guys are more terrified of being friend zoned than girls. Let him know subtly that you like him.
