My friend savannah is going way too far over my boyfriend

Some signs are that she always texts him everyday,tells him I love you but when I'm around she acts like its a joke,plays with his hair,jumps on his back for a piggy back ride,she use to like him a lot,and she took my spot next to him in the bleachers.am I crazy or is this too far?do you think savannah likes him still?

On the one hand, I can understand why you'd be pissed off at her. But what does your boyfriend think of this? There's gotta be a reason why he's with YOU and not HER, right? If you're boyfriend doesn't care and doesn't see anything special in her, then she's just being dumb. Yes, I do think she likes him still though, and basically wants what she can't have.
