My friend and her brother are having a shared birthday party. I know what to get my friend, but I’m having trouble with figuring out what to get my friends brother. He doesn’t have a lot of extra time due to work, but he’s trying to learn to cook and loves dnd, so I found a dnd cookbook. However, he also loves Star Wars and Asian (mostly Japanese) foods and I also found a pair of light up lightsaber chopsticks. If you were him, which would you rather get as a gift?

I consider using people any time you're dishonest about your intention or lie your way through to try obtain anything from that unsuspecting person.

This has already happened twice with 2 different male friends I've known for years. It was clear there wasn't anything romantic between us ever. One of tried groping me and then excusing it with an ''Oh sorry, I was just teasing'' when I removed his hands from him. Another ended up admitting in the end that he was trying to get a date from me eventually and though I would naturally changed my mind.

The groper ended up ghosting me afterwards and the other one blocked me. Needless to say I felt used. If I wanted a relationship I would make it clear from day 1, not pretend to be someone's friend and do the ''go by the natural flaw, maybe the person will change their minds eventually'' method; sound like deceiving to me.

Isn't that still using people?

So I told a 15 year old who is like a little sister to me that I would pay her bond

here a little back story : she is a spoil brat and if she doesn't get her way she cusses u out and always wants money and she thinks I am an ATM

Well that day u know I was working and she kept blowing up my phone non damn stop saying hey sis hey sis

So In my mind everytime she says hey sis I think ok is she ok

Nah she is always asking me for money and when I told her that her mom told her to stop blowing up my phone and stop asking me for money she got all hostile with me and wanna be a damn ass spoil ass child.

She acts like she is a grown adult


This child blows up my phone literally every damn week for money especially when I am at work like that is not ok

Her mom is a single mom so I offered to help her. But eversice she literally step over that line it not been ok

This child has no discipline or anything acting like she is an adult.



So with all of that said should I still pay for her bond or no?

Okay so Aunt was making dinner for the family but she asked me for help and help seasoning. After I finish dinner is ready and the family says it taste great and she began to say how she was just experimenting and throwing some things together. I feel like she kinda lied and I put the flavor in the dish. Who do you think deserves the credit?

I haven’t been having problems, but I see others talking about it, because of that, I’m just curious how most handle it. Also, I’m not talking about stalking behavior or belligerent behavior, I’m talking about just not agreeing on anything and them constantly wanting to debate everything and anything.

i was at an event in london on Monday with around 50-100 people around me. it was very messy and very strict on where you could go. we were in a small huddle under a roof.

last time i was at one of these events i was being threateneed god knows what just because i needed to be with people i knew because i wasn't well and my flight had got cancelled. they were accusing me of q jumping when i wasn't, i just couldnt be on my own as mum had to go to the hotel to put our luggage in. they were horrible to me and it left me shaken at the time.

i ignored the person who behaved like that this time even though i had to stand near him. he's quite a heafty person despite being blind (or so he says) he even tried to push into my spot despite him being there all day (i only got there at like an hour before the event started) so at one point or another i had ended up in his little spot by accident, i was given permission by someone else to go over to them i wouldn't have done it otherwise

later on nearly the time it had finished i was standing behind someone (probably the same heigh/build/skin colour as him) and i felt the persons elbow hit my nose. it caused pain and at the time my neck was twitching like mad. i was shaking and had to call 111 and get first aid from our hotel as it hurt the back of my head quite bad. there was no blood thankgod and i hadn't fallen (which ieasily couldve due to my vertigo) i couldnt see the persons face who did it. i want to report it or get the venue to check it out to see if it was an accident/done on purpose. how could someone not know that theyd elbowed into someone?
