So if you happen to have really bad acne and are really self conscious about it, you shouldn't cover it up to make yourself feel more confident and feel beautiful because what? You'll give some guy the wrong impression? Because you owe a complete stranger that? Because you have to give up doing your makeup how you like to do it all to appease someone else?
All I'm going to say is if girls do this then guys should be able to wear wigs to cover their balding and not have to tell anyone including the person they're dating. They do it for themselves...
Men should be able to do whatever they want as well. A lot of men use products for balding, men work out to look better, they dress to look better, they use deodorant/cologne, hair gels, men use lotions/moisturizers etc. but no one constantly make comments about how fake a man is being because he used deodorant...
I think men should be able to wear something to cover things on their face if they choose to as well. The bottom line is it's no ones business what you do with your face or any other part of your body lol
I don't think either gender gets harassed about deodorant. I was just saying it usually is seen as being a phony if a guy uses a wig or a hair pieces. People keep giving Donald Trump crap about fake hair (I'm not saying I'm a supporter but people are using that argument). But seeing that as lying is completely normal. And no I don't tell women what they should do or give my opinion about what they do with makeup when I wasn't asked. However, I would be bothered if I was dating someone who constantly changed their face to that extent and then much later showed me what they really looked like.
Again, deodorant get rid of body odor, like a shower. Hair gel styles your hair, like that thing you do with your hands? Lotion keep your skin from flaking off, like healthy skin does? None of these cover up anything, using everything you just stated is real.
I was just giving an example of how people cover up but not to the same extent, the thing is women feel more pressured when it comes to looks so that pressure makes them set higher standards and they are being held to higher standards, so they cake all of that stuff on their face. I agree they look ridiculous but I don't think it's anyone's place to see it as "false advertising".
Also I agree that Donald Trump looks ridiculous but I don't see that as "lying". To me it's not considered lying when it's no ones business in the first place what you do with your own hair.
I think really loud rude people just ruin fashion on self hygiene/care for everyone. People feel insecure because of what jerks say and unfortunately they end up lashing out at the ones that actually didn't judge them for it.
faaailll like omg XD, did your 14 year old sister take over your keyboard when you wrote that?
And obviously deodorant was the only example that I gave, good job on ignoring the rest. I was saying that people use all sorts of things to cover their looks, smells etc. if you take part in any of that then you'r a hypocrite for telling others that they shouldn't.
I disagree sooo strongly with this article. Honestly I didn't even read all of it because it's bull. If a girl doesn't feel comfortable with how she looks then she could do whatever she wants to her face. Quit focusing on other people geezz
Guys can also false advertise. It isn't just girls. I know plenty of guys who pretend to be nice until they fuck her, then they drop her on the spot, becoming a completely different person. At least some girls are only false advertising their physical features, which isn't as important anyway.

eh whatever. I don't think i like extreme make up. I think part of growing up is accepting yourself but everyone is insecure about their looks. Ideally it would be nice if people rocked what they got. It would be weird if everyone who had a camry (a reasonable car) blinged it to act like they had beemers (a very nice car). Now if you were in a beat up suzuki ( a budget car) but you revamped stuff so that it looks like pretty cool / fun car then that is awesome!
Actualllllllllyyyyyyy there are certain skin conditions that no matter what your skin care routine is you still have extreme acne and all those women are beautiful with and without makeup, sad when another women decides to bring down others. So what of it if she's wearing makeup it's her face not yours. Get over yourself
"false advertising" i never knew someone who wears makeup are trying to be purchased

Advertising doesn't always mean business. IT's a saying too, so it's easier. Stop taking things too literally. You are presenting yourself as something you're not. Advertising.
i don't wear makeup and i know it's just a saying. but women are not something that need to be "bought" in a business sense. girls do NOT wear makeup for men or for anyone else except themselves so get your head out of your ass
This is what happens when women take their looks and health for granted. They think they can just go tanning, partying and drinking, staying up late and use makeup to cover up their 'flaws'. Smh
That Tina Yong girl looks better without makeup, to be honest. Sure she could use something for her acne, but she looks a lot more authentic and fun when she's makeup-free.
You're really preachy. It's probably because you don't know how to do makeup.

Seriously that's dumb.
Some days i don't wear makeup others i go all out.
If some dude or some chick thinks that's false advertising guess what...
Zero fucks given.

Give it 10 years, the world will be fake as hell.

Yup, that's a good point.
@GirlsLie faaaaiiil. deodorant doesn't compare in any logical way with the extreme makeover women do.

You guys, please. I love you... :(

that's just one part , you didn't discuss about fake boobs or padding and high heels which is also part of false advertising
High heels are obvious height enhancements. I can understand the fake boob and butt padding. Some guys do the fake "package" as well.
probably stuff a dildo or something?
Lol, yes. I mostly hear about the socks in pants bit more often.
i think a penis pump is better option for tiny peckers
Don't forget fake butts! It's a thing now too.

Totally agree. Makeup was meant to enhance your features, not completely cover and alter them. Less is more.
"You are fake."
A woman is a woman's worst enemy...

Lmao... funniest comment I've seen so far.
That's why I usually go for girls who use little to no makeup, I know what I'm getting and I'm fucking pleased about it.
This comment makes me smile, oh my gosh.
This is what happens when women take their looks and health for granted. They think they can just go tanning, partying and drinking, staying up late and use makeup to cover up their 'flaws'. Smh
Me @ work = part time model = HAVE TO wear make up + am also photo shopped for web work to varying degrees on the day.
Me not working = neutral coloured lip gloss/lipstick only, even on dates.
That Tina Yong girl looks better without makeup, to be honest. Sure she could use something for her acne, but she looks a lot more authentic and fun when she's makeup-free.
It doesn't work like that. Not when they are constantly in stress mode. Make up is a last resort to hide the ugly reactions, they have.
You literally lost me at 'once you've caught him'. Girl bye.
You're really preachy. It's probably because you don't know how to do makeup.

I don't wear make up, I'm a natural girl :) <3
