Merely observing and describing a woman's body shape is not 'shaming' anyone. Women have different bodies. Get over yourself.
First line: "... people should quit trying to judge a person or shame a person because of the way their body is!!!"
Title: Quit Shaming WOMEN Because of Their Build!
Take: Only about shaming WOMEN.
Conclusion: Shaming men is fine.
Hmm, nice, but what about athletic women?
lol for real. Athletic women are the sexiest.
@GracefulCharm I agree 100% :D
athletic women are not shamed... :'( all guys are after them :(
Athletic isn't a body shape; It's how physically competent you are.
There are many curvy, and athletic girls. If you don't believe me, look at your average college volleyball team. You can be overweight, and athletic too (depending on how overweight), and you can be thin, and athletic.
@EnglishArtsteacher athletic as in visible ripped muscles? Doesn't that take away the cuteness.
@EnglishArtsteacher Sure, if you consider Sumo wrestlers as "Athletic" :P
@HaddawayWIL Cuteness (and hotness) depends on her face ;)

Not all athletic women are deemed sexy and dont get body shamed. I am an athletic person. I take after my Dad who particpater in college football and was very into his army training. We love working out and moving our bodies. But I am not curvy. But I am not on the thin side either. I am in the middle of my weight zone with a healthy fat percentage. My 5'2 self is on a dietary plan of consuming 2,000 calories a day along with whatever I burn. Yet where is my ass? Better yet, my hips? I got nothing. I am just a twiggy little girl with boobs. In my family we stop growing earlier. 13-14 being the age where we fully stop growing. Sucks to be me. All the guys want the fit but CURVY women
I should know because I HAVE YET TO MEET A GUY THAT FINDS MY BODY ATTRACTIVE
@Grungenoreos I'm not into curvy women, I just like fit & athletic - sporty type of girls.
@Zorax Like I said, "DEPENDING ON HOW OVERWEIGHT." Check your reading comprehension.
There are many overweight, and athletic, and American football players, as well as volleyball. I would throw baseball, and softball into this category, but you don't need to be athletic to excel at those sports.
@HaddawayWIL Personally, I think muscular girls look nasty. Too much muscle mass is a sign of testosterone, which looks masculine.
@EnglishArtsteacher My reading comprehension is fine, you should just stick to your art teaching ;)
@EnglishArtsteacher Stop body shaming. Everyone has their own preferences. Never say a woman looks nasty when she is doing what she loves and is actually healthy. Thats all that really matters. You like what you like. Thats fine. But dont put others down by saying they look nasty. Thats rude af
@Grungenoreos
You can still get nice curves from training your glutes and thighs. Some girls which are genetically skinny have sexy curves from exercises. Nikki Blackketter is one of these girls.
@GracefulCharm how long does it take? Been training for 8 months now and am consuming 2,0000 calories daily along a roughly overestimate of how how much I burn... I mean what can I say? My body is a big fat burner.
@Grungenoreos
Most women are looking to build their glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calves. They also want the thigh gap so they don't want to build the adductors.
Research exercises that target those specific parts on your thighs and butt. The end result looks really good.
scontent-b.cdninstagram.com/.../...804961678_n.jpg
@GracefulCharm dude. Stop haha. I know my facts on fitness. I know how to workout properly and eat right to get curves. I been doing all kinds of research to get curvy. I have done so much research its insane actually... But who gives.
@GracefulCharm I am not someone uniformed about proper nutrition and good exercsies to build your glutes and thighs. Problem is all the stuff I been trying doesn't seem to be helping. Its been 8 months now...
So don't inform me about training to get a bigger and better glutes and thighs. I know a lot about it. I have done insane amounts of research. I lift weights, squat, dumbell squat, lunge, dumbell lunges, jumping squats, sprint, run uphills, wall sits, and all sorts of different booty exercises on all fours. All this has done has made my bum more perky and my legs toned. I could go on and on about other things I am currently trying but its whatever.
@Grungenoreos
Well I'd gladly become your personal trainer and inspect your glutes for free... lol =)
Maybe you hit a plateau. Try a different exercises, or switch to a more strength program. Doing higher weight and less reps. Muscles are made of slow and fast twitch fibers. In my experience, training the muscle for both has resulted in me making the most gains in size and strength.
www.verywell.com/fast-and-slow-twitch-muscle-fibers-3120094
I don't really train glutes a lot, but I did notice my ass getting bigger when I was doing a lot of back squats, I switched to front squats for this reason, lol.
@GracefulCharm I already do both. I do regular squats and I do weoghted squats for low reps.
@GracefulCharm and I have been switching up a lot of exercises and finding new ones as I been on my fitness journey for 8 months. And thats okay. I dont meed an inspection. I know I just got perkier. Not fuller.
@Grungenoreos
It's not always about exercise, some girls I dated in highschool had big butts and they didn't exercise. I think diet at your age is more important than exercise. I used to smoke a lot of weed and munch out back in highschool and my girlfriends were always with me feasting and munching out all day. They had such nice bums and none of us even worked out.
Are you getting enough protein and fats? I don't know what your macros are
@GracefulCharm yes. Like I said. I am well informed about exercise and proper nutitrion. I am following a dietary plan of getting 2,000 calories a day with an additon of whatever I burn. I get lots of protein too. I am always having stuff like avocadoes, cheese and lots of it, beans, lots of milk, almonds, eggs and lots of it, chocolate, some soda, peanut butter and a lot of it, evt. I am always merting my fat and protein goals. I have an app that keeps me on track
@GracefulCharm and yeah i know. There are a bunch of chicks in my classes that have awesome figures and big bums and they dont workout... In fact one girl hates workouting and feels dizzy... Yet she has a big bum and big hips
@Grungenoreos
Eat more, it's most likely you have high metabolism. Your app only does a estimate of calories you are burning based off your choice of fitness level. It's not representative of what you are really burning. The only way you would know is if you buy one of those fitbit devices which uses advanced tech to figure it out.
I was eating close to 3000 calories now that I look back at my highschool days and I still had a hard time gaining weight. It was only until I ate every 2 hours that was when I really gained weight. I must of been hitting around 4000 calories to actually gain any weight when I was eating non stop.
@GracefulCharm I eat every 2 hours and also i am only 5'w and I am not losing weight.
@GracefulCharm No I know that. Thats why I overestimate how much I really burn and I dont have a fast metabolism. Everyone in my family gets chubby when older and was thin when younger. We dont have fast metabolisms. its just our age. Oh and I am 5'2. I eat plenty for my height. And no I am not categorized as someone with a fast metabolism
@Grungenoreos
Eat plenty for your height? Everyone is different, stop thinking the averages recommended to you are correct for you.
Your goal is to make more gains in your training right? You have to be in a calorie surplus. So you need to increase calories until you notice weight change.
As with my prior examples. Girls I hung out with back in high-school didn't care about being skinny. They ate everything, they had nice fat butts. Some of them got fat around their hips, some didn't. It does come down to genetics at some point. But I think you are afraid to eat more because you don't want to get fat around your mid section.
@GracefulCharm yeah I am because my waist is starting to plump out and it isn't pretty.
@GracefulCharm and actually I wasn't always having 2,000 calories daily + an overestimate of what I burn. And I dont have time to eat more. I am already eating something every 2-4 hours and I have plenty of other things to do. Plus i ain't even hungry. I get super full with 2,000 calories. Its just right for quenching my hunger. I am never hungry anymore now that I started this. And I dont have a fast metabolism.
@Grungenoreos
Listen to your body, if you feel full through the day, then that's good amount of calories. You should adjust your marcos and see what is best for you. It is possible to have a nice bum and good mid section, but that does come with time and training.
This women has a small mid-section and the most amazing bubble butt ever.
www.girlsinyogapants.com/.../fiona-mcnab-04.jpeg
Keep training and eating healthy. Make sure you get your vitamins as well. There was a study conducted between two groups of people exercising, one group was given excess of vitamin D and the other a placebo. After the study was over, both groups had made the same number of gains in weight, but the group that took excess of vitamin D had much less fat around the mid section. So they had made more lean gains than the other group and only because they had more vitamin D in their diet.
@GracefulCharm I dont think Ill ever get that *sigh* but at least I have been greatly improving energy wise, strength wise, and speed wise
@Grungenoreos
Not many women look like that obviously. Most women get butt implants to look anything similar to her. She has been training her entire life, she's also not young, she just looks young in some of her pictures because she has been healthy and active most of her life. Just keep exercising and being healthy. You never know, when you get older, you might look like her.
I never thought I would look the way I do right now. I was real skinny when I was young. I've been working out for 10 years. A friend of mine who hasn't seen me since highschool accused me of taking steroids lol. If you keep at this lifestyle and keep working out, one day you will realize how much change you have made. Trust me, some women I meet in the gym are so sexy and they are older. I'm finna get my some cougar soon after I move into my own apartment.
@GracefulCharm what is her name? i want to do some research on her lol
there's a difference between being cury and being fat. Skinny is best. As a wise man once said; "never poke a fatty"
wtf lol
what the helll?
Intead of saying cury its supposed to say curvy by the way
What you called curvy was not curvy...
god -_-''... give me an example of curvy?
Fat...
*shakeshead*
i guess you idealize skinny as being the perfect body type?
No... What you called curvy was good...
Skinny like a skeleton is not good...
Men are "bidyshamed" too, They dont bitch about it
although they are bitching all over the place in their comments here lol i think the men on this site bitch more than the women do!
lols
But I still prefer slim.
okay den
I notice that though you seem to support all body shapes, skinny and curvy, you seem to be a bit off when people say they prefer slim or skinny. But you praise the ones that love curvy. Hey im a skinny chick and i have no problem admitting that there are curvy girls that look a lot better than me and that its what most guys prefer
Curvy women are far more sexier 😉
Wrong reply for this sort of post...
Yea, what the fuck is wrong with these guys that want a skinny girl?
@XOXOME16 that's my opinion 😆
yeah!!
Curvy women are sexier in my opinion and are great in bed as well. Their voluptuous build and delicious tits and ass is what I find very attractive 😉
cause humans, it's how it is.
tell me about it
Well put, thank you!
welcomed
Curvy just looks like fatter.
gosh
why can't we be friends?
what?
why do people place so much more focus on what they see than what they feel?
because some people are more visual than others
sounds like shallow horse shit to me
i know bruh
nobody does this offline. they just get ignored.
the skinny breed
All i have to say is I can't wait for the crash
What crash?
what crash?
i like that curvy one better. it makes me melt.
Ikr haha
that's nice
Can we stop this bullshit already? Nobody cares.
y mad bruh?
both of those ladies look curvy to me.
I'm curvy... and never got called fat.
You are a fat chick. I just called you fat.
@Vivaldi haha! Thanks now I have to edit my comment!
