Most industries will permit women to dress like men and wear similar outfits repeatedly. Ask your employer about this and express your concerns to them. They can help you more than any of us 😉.

Fair enough. Dress codes are one of those things, that could turn uncomfortable.
One thing that bothers me the most is how little choices in clothing we men have and women's clothing are too tiny for me to fit into. I never found those suits good looking, those just make us look like mindless corporate drones AKA minions of a corporate hive mind.
If women, particlarly buxom babes, dress too provocatively at work, it can distract the men.(That isn't sexist, ladies;99% of straight lads, including this 70-year-old straight lad, would be trying to sneak a discreet peek at your spuds because, let's face it, we men are FAR more visual than 95% of women, who likely wouldn't get excited about seeing even a stud's body were it nearly on display at the office.)
The expectations and standards for men and women are often not equal, and can be based on sexist and unfair ideas.
In particular, professional dress codes are often stricter for women than they are for men. This is not only unfair, but also can be harmful as it can limit the options available to women and make it harder for them to be taken seriously in their careers.
There is a need for greater gender equality in the workplace and for promoting an inclusive environment. I strive to create a more equitable workplace that does not limit women's potential and have implemented policies to ensure that our dress code does not disadvantage any specific gender.
If you do not like the dress requirements then get another job. They will not miss you. We get resumes when there are no postings. Go to graduate school…
You really need to get out into the real world. Like this is 1st world problems at it's finest.

That's how our society works, men are respected and loved by dressing more (uniform, formal attire), and women get more benefits by wearing less to no clothes (any sex work, prostitution, receptionist, secretarial). If you are different you can get burns from society. A lot of women don't want to date nerdy guys because they don't always dress formally in workplaces and consider them less masculine. Most men aren't into girls that always dresses like men.
Also, you should look at your history of men and womens clothes. Men were the original wearers of most if not all of the things women currently wear, including, the skirt
"Women are expected to wear different outfits consistently."
I've never seen nor heard of this as a requirement by an employer. I suspect it's the women themselves who insist on wearing different outfits consistently.
Women have more options. They can wear a suit like shown, but in most cases wearing a skirt of business dress is acceptable where it wouldn't be fore men, who are limited only to suits.
I agree with you. Standards for women are generally more sexualizing. Like I posted a question recently about high heels and I think they're bad. Kind of the same line of thought.

They aren't, really. Women have more choices in dress, too. And it's all generally accepted in workplaces (within reason).
People like you think everything is sexist.

Oh no! You can't have your tits and pussy hanging out for everybody to see! That's literally misogyny!
Women, have more options though

What does "sexist" exactly mean? That men are superior to women? We "objectify" them?
keep pretending to be a victim these are not oppressive.
The things that people will complain about.

I agree! I think women everywhere should protest and come to work COMPLETELY NAKED! That would teach these sexist pigs a lesson! 👍
