I'm going on a trip soon and I'm trying to plan what to wear. I'll be walking around a lot in the city. I have a short skirt I want to wear with knee high socks but I'm not sure if it would be too windy to wear it. The weather report says the wind is going to be 5 - 10 mph, would I have to worry about the wind blowing up my skirt?

I would get a pair of spandex shorts to wear underneath :)

When the wind is around 5 - 10 mph, then your skirt will flow a little bit, but won't really show underneath, When the winds are 16+ mph, then i'd worry about your skirt flowing and showing underneath, but to solve the 5 - 10 mph issue, just wear leggings or something like that.
Ummm strange problem, but easily fixed with some black leggings underneath! You can put the socks over top and it will look just as good
Just wear leggings underneath, easy solution.
