I personally prefer a much deeper red, bright red tends to be a bit too much in my opinion. Andd Im crazy about lining the lips as well so there's some kind of depth to the lips, if one is gonna wear bright red, i think lining the lips is an absolutely necessary.

It looks nice! Red lipstick probably looks best on medium/tan skintones but it still looks good on everyone. I like bottom pic better than top pic

These two women have warm undertones. The girls in the picture have skin with cool undertones and I don't think red suits them at all
