What do you think of armpit hair on girls?

More and more girls have stopped shaving their armpits and let it grow slightly. Apparently this offends people, mostly men who themselves have hair literally all over their body. How do you feel about it, and why do you feel that way?

To be extremely honest, I don't even like the hair on my body. Ok... that really sounded weird, lol. But really, there times when I actually admire a girl for being able to shave her, eh, areas. If it weren't so weird for a guy to do that, I definitely would.

So that fact that we're talking about armpit hair on a girl. Because of the fact I don't even like it on myself, no I can't say I would like it on her either. But as I said, I'm referring to both of us. I appreciate a very nicely hygienic body and here it means, no hair.

Some armpit hair does not bother me. Men and women are both mammals the last time I checked lol. Only societal norms has determined whats so called attractive and not. I do not subscribe to all the norms and fashion. Its just like pubic hair. While I'm indifferent on armpit hair I actually love pubic hair. Its actually more feminine to me when she has a full bush vs. little to no hair down there.

It's not gross and I don't see why other people should be bothered with it. I don't shave so often because I have sensitive skin (AD) and it's not good for me. (In winter I shower 2-3 times a week.) Should I be afraid to lift my arm when in not newly shaved? No.
I shave because I want to and if someone told me I should because of them I would tell them to grow up.

I don't shave as often as most people, but when you can see the hair I will put on a jumper so no one can see my pits. It's embarrassing. Nobody likes it and people just assume you are unclean.

Armpit hair on girls is really sexy because it looks just like pubes and there's this contained clump of sexual growth right beside porcelain breasts. It often is a sign of sexual need, that she likes to have sex more than to shave herself in the morning. The woman I marry will have unshaved armpits and she will show our daughters

I was raised in a society where female body hair was taboo. But that's just marketing BS, if you want hair armpits, go for it, I support your ownership of your own body and your right to do what you like regarding hair management. It has no bearing on your personality or value, so go with what you're comfortable with. I can't say I'm a big fan of it but that's just the culture I was raised in, I wouldn't not date a lady who had hairy armpits etc

Gross. I know feminists think they should be able to redefine what men consider feminine, but they can't. Yes, hair is natural. So is bad breath, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't brush your teeth. A woman who uses the "it's natural" argument about armpit hair but wears makeup is a hypocrite.

There is nothing more gross than a woman with a hairy pussy, hairy legs, and yes... hairy armpits. It's a show-stopper for me, not just because it's gross but also because of what it says about her mindset and worldview. There is no place in my life for a woman like that.

Armpit hair on women looks gross. A lady is always clean shaven. Society has always taught us that men should be hairy but still shaven whilst women should be shaven all over completely.

However since it is the woman's body then I don't see why they wouldn't be, many women are encouraging others to join in to express themselves.

I think this thread is very telling about where the pressure on women actually comes from. looking at the responses, there were certainly men who didn't like it, but many men here said they either don't care, or they actually like it. I myself, love EXTREMELY hairy. Any and all hair is a major turn on for me, even facial hair- though admittedly I would feel pressure in public for that position.

To move on with my point though- it seems the response from women was overwhelmingly negative and visceral. Even some of the guys who didn't like hair said "It's not my taste, I wouldn't date it, but it's her choice." Very few women had this postion. Responses such as "unfeminine, disgusting, and unhygenic" largely came from women.

Absolutely will NOT date a girl with armpit hair, even if she looked like Gigi Hadid. There is nothing liberating about that. In regards to men not shaving women don't want guys to shave, many guys would. They say its not manly. I personally do trim my armpits. But I'm a guy, a girl not removing her armpits is not feminine.
