I’m 17 years old right now but I noticed that I’m starting to have some slight smile lines? I’m getting really scared because I don’t wanna age too fast and I’m also wondering what I’ve been doing to get the smile lines.
I read on a forum online about 22 y/o people getting smile lines and there were some solutions, like wearing sunscreen and drinking lots of water. But I already do those things. I also take really good care of my skin (since I have a lot of acne problems, I make sure to treat my skin well).
What else can I do in order to reduce the smile lines? They are very slight right now but definitely there. I included a picture for reference. You can see a slight indent on my face of the smile line.
Any solutions or comments will definitely be appreciated, thanks! Also let me know if these are considered smile lines because I’m pretty sure they are, but not totally sure.

Hmmmm... listen, I am old enough to the actual signs of aging- having examined your pic- I honestly am unable to detect any aging signs on or near your face... relax little girl- check again in about 90 years...
I think you will probably have to wait about 10 more years before you look 17. There are more than enough real things in life to worry about without making things up ;)
Aww you are too nice! I was just getting super panicked since I feel that at this age in life, I shouldn’t be having too many signs of aging, if this can even be called that. :’0 I guess I got a little paranoid. Thank you for the reassurance!! 💖😭
Ahhh I see. I watched this popular beauty YouTuber’s videos and she was always taking about smile lines and she’s like in her 20s. She’s always talking about reducing smile lines and since I consider smile lines to be a sort of wrinkle, and I associate wrinkles with old people, I thought I was aging faster, no I panicked!

You're 17 not 83 you won't have wrinkle for a while, and fun fact: the more you stress about it, the faster you age. If that picture Is you, that doesn't look wrinkly, just normal
Hahahahaha I’m not from China! 😅 I was born in California and have never travelled to any place outside of North America. I’m actually only half Chinese. The other half is Vietnamese. And don’t worry, I’m fine!!
Oh sorry, “RIP” is just an expression that teenagers nowadays like to use, and roughly translates to “bummer”. I still wasn’t exactly sure which age demographic uses this and where the cutoff was, but I think I have an idea now.
