What does it mean if a girl says your glasses were cute?

I always wear contacts to school, but one day I wore my glasses while waiting on a new order of contacts. The next day I went back to contacts, and a girl I know told me I should wear my glasses more often, when I asked why, she said "they were cute".

Were in the same class, so were friends, but not super close or anything.

So what exactly does it mean? Is she trying to say she has an interest in me, or is it just a friendly tip?

I think the fact that she noticed the glasses and bothered to say I looked better in them means she pays attention to me, but I'd like to see what others think.
