Depens on the body shape. Thinner girls look better with low hips where as fully more curvy girls look better with higher waisted. As a bigger girl myself a low waist just rolls down when you have more junk in your hip and stomach area so it doesn't physically work.

I think that low hip is actually better looking, on most women at least. It looks more round and curvy.

Jemini, the media fills women's heads with unrealistic expectations and poorbidy image. It's bullshit. A models job is to look "perfect" they don't eat and work out several hours per day. They are still photoshoped and photographed with filters to smooth the rough edges. High hips are beautiful and natural for women. Low hips are fine too, being pencil thin, makes a women look like child.
