Not at all. Probably closer to the opposite. I have a thing for hands though. Plus anyone's hands can look veiny, at any given time. Mine don't typically pop out much and become visible, but other times I can see all the veins in my hands/wrists. I assume it would have something to do with heart-rate, blood pressure, temperature, how your body is positioned, and whatnot.
