Is it stupid to wear fake jewelry?

Okay so I am going on a tour for a new job at 8. m. on Friday, they require that I can't wear any jewelry and I can't wear retainers either. I have my nose pierced and I know it will close up if I leave my jewelry out. I am bummed about having to let it close up and this is the second time I've had it pierced. I know I could always wear a fake nose ring outside of work, but I just feel like that's so stupid. I mean what's the point when you could actually get the area pierced? So is it stupid to wear fake jewelry or is it just me?

It's not stupid but i get where you're coming from lol. You probably also wear necklaces and stuff so wearing a fake nose piercing is kind of the same? I wouldn't bother so much tho, if you can pull it off you should definetly wear it!!

You can't even wear retainers? That sucks!! I don't think it's dumb to wear fake ones but I only had fake ones to see if I'd look with the piercings before getting my face stabbed. But hey if you like it wear it.
