Is a white person doing Korean makeup cultural appropriation?

I'm not talking about makeup like the cat eye/fox eye or anything but if a person likes the Korean fashion and makeup trends in that country then is it cultural appropriation to wear the same makeup style? It isn't necessarily to try to look Korean but just because you think it's really pretty and you feel that it would suit you more than the Western makeup style.

It may or may not be cultural appropriation, but it is a culture that was meant to be admired, copied, and increase their global standing as a country. I think cultural appropriation is when you try to look another race or wear traditional clothes from other countries/cultures. Korean makeup is just a style of makeup you don't end up looking like a korean or an Asian girl in the end so I wouldn't consider it cultural appropriation.
