It looks gross and sloppy. And it seems uncomfortable for them because they obviously have trouble walking. I also see that they have to keep pulling the pants up to keep them from falling off completely. That has to. E annoying to deal with throughout the day.

I’ve teased more people “You’re pants are falling down.” And they whip them up to hip level. Then laugh. I usually do it in front of their friends. Can’t help it. Some trends… It’s just as unusual as the tight ‘younger sister jeans’ trend. To each their own, but I am free to tease. ; )
This started in prison. Prisoners are often given large pants, and since prisoners aren’t allowed to have belts, the pants just hang low. The people outside of prison who have this look are just imitating prisoners. You know, those fine upstanding citizens. I don’t think it’ll help with their job hunting skills, but they probably don’t want to hold a job anyway.
Its what beta males do to draw attention to their hind parts like women twerking online. Its all for attention, they do it because theyd rather get attention for physical attributes instead of achieving success for attention. Also in prison its a sign that a man is sexually available
The baggyclotjes trend is actually borne out of poverty. Hand me downs that were way to big. And as Black people always do they made it fly because we just can't stop.
Anyhoo, it's gone beyond an anti-hegemonic display of hip-hop/Black American, inner-city identity to the preferred style of gangbangers and other losers.

Here's my theory.
Most of the people who sag their pants live in high poverty areas. I have mostly seen young African American men wear their pants like this and white skaters (the sag isn't usually as dramatic like in the photos). Although it's been a trend for a number of years, I have a theory on its origin. Have you ever heard of the term "high waters?" If you haven't it's a term used to describe pants that are too short to cover the ankles because they are too small.
I think this started because a black teen who came from a poor family was made fun of for wearing high waters at school and eventually started pulling his pants down to cover his ankles which stopped the bullying. And eventually over the years it became a trend or cultural thing especially for those who are in a gang or sell drugs.
Its stupid. If most guys actually knew what this style was, they would pull their britches up quick. This trend or style was incorporated in the prison system to signify that these guys were gay.
What’s funny is not one person thinks it’s cool on here and yet they still do it, they should just walk around in their underwear instead, it’s always black guys that do it in the ghetto , it’s from the prison system and used to also have one pants leg rolled up but that didn’t last long
I grew up in the 90s when this was pretty much the norm. I used to do it as a teen, stopped doing it as a grown up then. Don't care what others do though. This is not the kinda stuff I have strong opinions on.
I would and do consider them trash. Have had employee's come to work like that and have simply sent them home for the day with the message come back like that again and your terminated.
Its annoying i admit and still wonder why some guys do this knowing it irritates lots of people. As for my views on such guys i consider them childish and a red flag when it comes to dating.
I saf because the top of my but is just below the height of my bellybutton so ot looks like I'm sagging no matter what but if I leave my pants loose I don't have as much front bunch happening so it's almost a necessity
It's not really my business, so I do not care too much. However, I don't like how it looks, and I do not see the appeal to it. I guess it's just "trendy." I see a lot of guys who have done this, and ones that still do.
I don't understand what the point is! Did everyone TELL YOU that we all wanted to see your underwear? Another thing you can do is walk up behind them with a friend and go, "Look! A skid mark!!". Maybe start caling him, Skid Marcus. Or, walk up behind one, pull his pants down the rest of the way and run! He can't chase you!! Mix some red and green food colouring to make brown then give his guchies a quick squirt down the center.
