The right combination of colour, shape and style to skin colour usually sends out an irresistible signal.

it does, of course, we as humans are seeing what we like, were visual people so we are gonna look at how someone dresses but i also look for kindness and i like the smile on a woman too. her personality can also be sexy too.

A person may say it doesn't but I'm sure it does at least subconsciously. There's a reason why women who act all "sexy" get more attention from guys. It because they're switching on that side of a guys brain. But there's a fine line between sexy and slutty.
How they carry themselves makes a bigger difference than what they're wearing.
If your already attractive or have the potential to be attractive then yes the right clothes will improve on your attractiveness, but for me when I hired a stylist to help me dress better to get a date, it didn't work because ugly is still ugly it's like that saying "you can bag up garbage, but don't be surprised that it's still garbage." Ugly is still ugly even in the right clothes.
Good cloth open all doors. It is important when you want to make a good impression, but in the end it is all about how well you will get along with people. You won't go far just by dressing nicely in long term.

Hell yes! Guys are visual, it’s all about looks at least at the start. Leather pants and a cowl necklace sweater dress is so much better than t-shirt and jeans!
It can be, especially at first. I've got nothing against a girl wearing trackies or something, but I am more likely to notice -if that is the aim- if they're dressed up a little.

Id' say it definitely does it also can tell if a person is really single or taken it can also be telling how loyal a person is in terms of relationships. As well how much self respect a person has.
That has nothing to do with how attractive someone is. For example I can dress nice but I am still ugly when dressing nice. It is like putting lipstick on a pig.
