I think that for the interview it would be a good idea to have it blow dried. I know it is not nice to be changed for the desire of others, but sometimes we just have to do what it takes to have our dreams come true, it happens to everybody.
I think, if I were you, I would have it beautifully blow dried in the beauty salon, then i go to your interview looking formal. after the interview, if they liked me, I would ask, "how is curly hair with volume seen in this company?" then just by the look of the person's eyes I would see the response.
the other option I would do, would be to wear my hair blowed dried professionally, and then after I got the job, I would ask if I could wear my hair the way I liked it or not
look, mostly they will tell you to keep it blow dried, or they will just treat you differently if you don't. people are not very fond on curly hair, specially if it is a lot and long.
it is up to you really, which do you prefer, your hair and your freedom or the job and then maybe wear your hair how you like on your day out or in another job in the future? do you prefer the money or your hair?
just do whatever makes you feel happy I mean, I don't know what are your wishes and needs, so only you can decide
I just want to let you know that I have curly hair so I'm telling you from experience, and the man I love has the most beautiful curly hair I have never seen, I would not change his hair for nothing in this world.
take care. GIRLS ARE GOLD

No girl! My sister is a flight attendant, and she has the wildest curly hair ever :) Maybe put it up in a nice neat bun, like slick it back for the interview though
