When I see a girl with neon green, blue, or pink hair, it is usually a young teen who is learning to express herself and trying something different. But, occasionally, I see neon hair on a girl who is in her 20's or later, and I think that she is probably rebellious, a non-conformist, and probably immature. I freely admit that those are the perceptions of an older man and I realize that younger people may view this differently. What do you think when you see neon hair on an adult woman?
