Depends on her skin colour type and body shape
Black makes her look more slim
White makes her look bigger
Light skintones close to white look best with blue
Dark skintones close to black look best in red and orange
Skintones close to brown go by green tones
And that's just a small part of what a designer considers before choosing the colour...
I personal like red and purple...
As an older guy I like Pink on a woman, yes it makes her look sweet, All I can say is awww nothing is better than holding a girl wearing a pink dress, a pink outfit, wearing jeans, and a pink shirt / pink blouse... I miss holding a girlfriend close to my chest that is so sweet to me and tender.
Can't go wrong with black.
White is easy to stain and hard to clean, but otherwise, white is a good second option if you can keep clean the entire day.
This is very dependent on the individual woman. Different colors compliment different skin tones, hair colors, figures, personalities and styles differently, so there's no way to pick one color that across the board is most appealing for any woman to wear
Black is always the hottest in my opinion. From lingerie, to socks, even to nail/lipstick color.
It depends on the girl. Their hair color can affect this too. I personally don't think my sister looks good in yellow despite ot being her favorite color. Yet I have seen girls where yellow looks really good on them. Some girls look good in pink while it just doesn't work for others.
Definitely red. I love it when girls wear vintage dresses in red.
Most men like red, green, blue and black. Black seems to be the most accepted color.
Tough choice, which could definitely vary with skin color,(I find all races attractive by the way), but I’ll say blue as it’s my overall favorite color. 💙

I don't have to read the comments to know people have probably said red, white, or black and they are most likely describing sexual appeal.
In my opinion pastel colors are soft, elegant, light, playful and in a way energetic.
