I can easily see past acne on a girl. I've seen girls that still looked cute despite the acne problem. Especially if they dress well. Hair all over her face though... nope... can't see past that very well.
As someone with acne, it’s so annoying. But looks wise, I don’t think it’s as bad and you can get rid of it eventually. Obviously you can always shave facial hair but that seems to be annoying to do all the time
I don't have either. I think acne is harder to get rid of especially the one in the picture. Facial hair on women is unattractive but you can always shave it or have it removed surgically.
Acne. My wife has had a problem with both since we met. It has nothing to do with the apparance as much as acne can hurt. Her acne gets worse when her hyperhidrosis gets bad.

Acne is sooo much harder to get rid off, persistent hair is annoying, but from shaving to laser you can make it have minimal impact on your looks. You can't do that with acne really, just slow treatments and hoping it gets better
Facial hair. Acne can be treated and is involuntary. A woman choosing not to shave is just gross; for both face and body hair. Not that acne is desirable either, or anything.

Acne as it would take finding the right skincare routine for your skin. Facial hair you can shave it off even wax it off. Just make sure to keep at it so it doesn't grow back.
