I like red I it’s my color!!! I really like this. My son is a sr in high school and is getting a scholarship and award for his involvement in the community. There’s a big awards night. The dress code is semi formal.. what do you guys think of this? I like it I’m quite tiny 4”11 100ish pounds a size 2/4 and 32C I think it’s a cute and fun look but is it too flashy for such an event

As I always say, if you have to ask, then it isn't appropriate. If it was appropriate there would be no reason to ask. It's way too flashy and shows too much skin for such an event.
