What do you think of graphic neon eyeliner look?

As we can see makeup trends can varies from a simple to a detailed one every year. Common eyeliner colors used for everyday-look are black and brown, and other color such as neons aren’t as common. Neon colored eyeliners are not something we usually see everyday, because the eccentricity of it that most people think it would be “too extra” to wear with their everyday-look unless they’re going to do a photoshoot, attending a party, going to concerts/festivals, even playing with makeup or just to take selfies, and practicing on how to do eyeliner styles, etc.
