Pretty sure the trend is a dress with normal converse. Because high heels suck. But then again I don't of course keep up with what is trendy for women to where tbh I don't think I've met anyone who has.

I own something similar but not Converse brand and they are heels. They look uncomfortable but they are actually quite sturdy.

I think these are cute. I would however rather wear them if they were full heels because those are easier to wear and look even cuter.

The main purpose of Converse is that they are meant to be comfortable, even if they are not fashionable. High heels are not comfortable.
