Guys and girls, what's your favorite outfit for your date to wear if it's nice outside? Also, what shoes would go with this outfit?

Not just a first date but a date when you still aren't officially dating. Just getting to know each other, trying to woo each other.

I live in a mild climate so I'm really happy I made it through all 4 seasons and now I get to wear much lighter layers.

Also, what do YOU feel good in when you're on a date? What do you like to wear?

I personally like the combo of a simple but a cute look. So a nice fitting tee to show off my cleavage 'cause why hide them? and then a mini skirt, usually a floral or a denim one. Minimal makeup, no foundation just some eyeliner and a speck of color to my lips. I like to make my hair a little wavy (like Angelina).

What I am unsure about is the footwear. I hate walking in uncomfy shoes, heels are nice but they're not suitable for a walk in the park. Would a pair of low basic white canvas work?

When I was dating or just preliminary dating, I always liked to keep it simple. My outfits were similar to what you would do. I prefer tees that were not tight fitting since that would be my preference, and my bottom would be a mini skirt... a denim or flowy skater skirt, and my shoes would be a simple low top pair of chucks.

Your outfit is great. I think you can wear any pair of shoes you feel well with as long as you don't look neglected with them.

If you don't feel comfy with heels you should wear platform sandals because they can be very nice without being painful by walking.

Canvas would work very well too unless you wear the wrong pair of socks

I have some nice things to wear. But... they only really work in colder weather so unfortunately I don't have a lot of nice things for warm weather. Yet.

I like your choice though. If my date wore something like that she'd get all my attention.

I think the white low top shoes can work with that. Nice casual outfit. I personally like wearing maybe a flannel and jeans or chinos and maybe some low top sneakers.
