Most women these days avoid feminine clothing. How many of you are still hyper feminine?

I've been noticing a trend that has been going on since the early 2010's (probably a bit before that as well) in regards to the decrease in feminine attire. Most women these days avoid feminine clothing. Prior to the 80s, women were rarely ever seen without a dress or skirt on. Nowadays, however, dresses, skirts, and blouses have almost completely disappeared. The trend now is to wear unisex attire, jeans, hoodies, etc.

Luckily, I ended up marrying a woman who is addicted to historical clothing like I am. We both dress up everyday. She wears 1950s skirts, 1940s dresses, and I wear vintage suits.

How many of you still wear dresses, skirts, etc on a daily basis?

I always wear dresses, skirts, lace etc

I wear dresses and skirts when it is practical, comfortable, or when I feel like going out of my way to look cuter. I'm pretty much always cold indoors, so unless I'm going to be out in the warm it's just not usually worth it. Sometimes I wear a dress around the house when it's a particularly nice day.

Well jeans have been standard fashion since like the 70s. I think people in general have just moved past the notion of having to dress up all the time. I don’t see the problem with jeans a hoodie, never understood the point of “fashion”

My wife wears dresses or skirt and blouse. She is very feminine and shows off nothing beyond her face, arms sometimes and lower legs. The burning jealous looks she gets is quite entertaining.

Same here. My wife wears only dresses, skirts, and blouses. We get many jealous looks when we're out in public. People stop us all the time to say they wish they could dress like us.

I have always been hyper feminine but men typically hate that about women. They hate the lace, the bows, frills, skirts, gowns, etc.🎀

So I kinda disagree with the premise of the question. Yes its true, mostly women can finally wear what they want and not be judged for it. That results in women choosing jeans over skirts if a skirt or dress would be impractical.

All in all I still think most women choose feminin style over something else as long as it fits the situation. Thats how I dress as well. I love dresses and skirts as an example, I just dont wear them when its too cold, or when they would cause problems etc.

I think thats how the majority of women act.

I literally only wear dresses and skirts. Haven't worn pants since graduating from high school. With the exception of maybe a handful of times wearing tight jeans and super girly tops. But never tshirts and stiff

During the warmer months I'll usually opt to wear skirts and sun dresses. Colder months though is jeans and t-shirt weather

I wear everything depending on my mood and occasion. If it's a chill day you might see me wearing leggins a denim jacket and a cap if it's a more formal event you'll see me wearing heels, a dress/skirt or something cute.

a lot of it comes down to trends and personal preference. Maybe they just aren’t comfortable in dresses like that. You can’t expect all women to live up to your expectations. Find who you’re attracted to. There are women who wear different styles.

It's way more than "personal preference". It's society. Many women say they wish they could wear clothes like in the 50s or 60s but won't because their friends wear sweatpants, crop tops, and hoodies so they feel they have to as well.

Probably a mixture of both. I tend to be more respectful and gentlemanly towards feminine women and well dressed proper men. It is a known thing in society that if you put in effort then good things come to you.
