Like if 90% of people find a person attractive but the other 10% does not for whatever reason, it would be safe to say that the truth is that they are good looking rather than believe they aren’t because more people believe that they are than it is people who don’t believe they are. For example, they’re people who don’t find Beyoncé attractive but majority do.
In the ultimate sense, yes. Sociologists can study past cultures of “sexy” like extending your neck, or earlobes to outrageous lengths.
But then kinda opposite chaos theory, you get down to it and it’s not subjective. “Sexy” follows a script of sorts.

No. It's largely objective. Society has beauty standards. If this were not so there would be no supermodels. And this gives the world a framework for beauty. I don't care how charming, smart, funny someone is, if they operate outside of these standards they are unattractive.
But to a lesser extent people can be subjectively attractive to SOMEONE based on how charming, smart, or funny they are.
I think it's important to understand that objective beauty just colors everything.
