Taylor Swift. I'm not judging her, but she really has put on weight. She isn't fat though, she's chunky, curvy.
Based on those pics, it looks like Katy has ever so slightly proportionately wider hip bones, which increase potential thickness, and thickness changes by the moment. I don't know who's heavier, since bone and muscle density apply.
Taylor has been hitting the dessert bar lately and getting a bit of a mom bod.

Kate Perry has less plastic surgery because young mothers usually remove any implants or plastic from their cosmetic procedures when they have babies since it interferes with the care you offer your young children.
swift looks heavier than perry, and than her previous self. k. p. looks thinner n nicer for stage appearance.
They're bodies currently look pretty similar to me.
They are both sticks and not even remotely close to being thick.
