Or you dont care at all? Like he could wear a trash bag to go out and still you dont care? I mean your SO does not give a ratz the way he looks when he goes outside with you like to run errands, grab coffee here and there and do casual stuff (not when he/she is working), he dresses a bit sloopy, long hair, full beard and odd clothes or you may complain that at least look presentable even in his informal homey clothes.
