Girls, Is liquid eyeliner difficult to get used to if you have always used powder?

I have always used powder eyeliner, which is supposed to be easier to use. However, I know that liquid eyeliner is more precise. Is it difficult to learn to use if you aren't used it? I have a sample, and it seems to be rather difficult for me so far. How long does it take to get used to it, or would you just stick to powder? Are there any tips or tricks that you may have discovered, or does it just take practice? I am not sure about this liquid at the time. What do you think?

I don't know anything about other kind of liners except liquid ones as I watched my sister use liquid liner when I was too little and when I became a teen, she introduced me to it (basically made me wear it on school event)

When I got older and started doing makeup, I picked up a liquid liner without a thought. It took me few minutes and made few errors before I got the wing right and made sure that lining my eyes wasn't too thick. I am pretty sure it will only take few seconds for you as you're used to applying liner. Liquid liner has it's perks. Like it looks sharp and intense than powder ones. It takes much less time than powder liners as powder eyeliner are much lighter in terms of darkness.

1. Since liquid liner is so pigmented that you don't need to go over again. Just one strong is enough BUT Make sure you have a firm grip on your liner and applying quickly at one go. From inner corner to outer corner swifty because of you don't your liner will look uneven. Also, mqke sure you keep looking down for like you half a minute until you're sure it's dry before you open your eyes completely or you'll end up having a line where your eyeshadow is supposed to be.

2- If you struggle with wings- you can use a tape to avoid making a mistake or mess but if you end up creating a thick wing or wing is too high or low. Just wait until it's dry and then remove, I find it makes removing liner way easier than wiping wet liquid liner.

Just don't pull your skin. You can mark your outer corner of your eyes with eye pencils by adding little dots to make sure your wings look symmetrical and then take your liquid liner and apply from inner corner to outer corner at one go. It will look so smooth.

liquid is fine just requires a steadier hand i like the result as well opposing powder even if you mess up you can always remove it try it

Maybe but you could probably use tape or something to line it up at the start and then you would get used to the strokes I don't know
