My ex boyfriend wore girls thongs. He had a draw filled with them and he kept it from me for months, whilst wearing boxers throughout that time. He then told me and he got really upset, thinking I'd leave him over it but because I loved him so much, I accepted it. To me, it wasn't a big deal really. I'd prefer his love for thongs over finding he had a huge criminal record or something! A lot of the time, it didn't bother me but then he got too comfortable and would wear them like during and after sex, just walking around in them and that just made him look less masculine to me and I love masculinity. He'd even try to encourage me to go shopping for thongs with him. I tried to support him in it as much as possible because it was what he loved but I did eventually tell him that I decided I didn't like it anymore. I was comfortable in knowing that he still wore them, I just didn't want to see him prancing around in them. He understood but whenever we had an argument, he'd always think it was because of the thongs but it never was. I didn't let it bother me too much because I loved him for him, not a piece of material. I never did and still don't see why he loved wearing them so much but if that's what makes him happy, then go for it. He told me to keep it a secret and I have despite having a rough break up.
I'm personally a very supportive and generally nice person when it comes to relationships. If I love someone, I can hardly judge them anymore because I love everything about them, including their imperfections. So I think you need to find a girl who's very supportive, very understanding and caring, then you shouldn't have a problem. If she really loved you, then she should accept it. She may become distant for a while in order to think about it but when she's decided, everything should go back to normal. Try not to let her find a girls thong in your room, it'd look like you're cheating on her! Tell her before that can happen. If she left you over it, don't give up. There'll be women out there who don't mind it or it could be a turn on for them, you never know.
In my personal opinion though, I didn't really like it and I just didn't understand and neither did he. He said he found them comfortable so I told him to get male thongs instead of girlie ones but he said the girlie ones reminded him of me and turned him on which I thought was strange. :S If I had to choose, I'd choose a guy who didn't wear girl thongs. Or if he really loves thongs, wear male thongs at least!
It's surprisingly common though. Just google it and you'll come across hundreds of men who wear them and some of their wives saying how they like it even! Even some guy at where my ex boyfriend worked wore them! You're not alone.
I don't see a thing wrong with it. Hubby loves wearing mine once in a while to surprise me. It's a harmless little kink of his and of many other men though most won't admit to it. Younger and less experienced girls/women may have a real problem with it, thinking wrongly that you are in the 'closet'. What you DON'T want to do is hide the fact you wear them and then have a woman find them in your drawer/closet. She will most likely think they belong to your 'other' girl.. and that could be a problem!
For me. Its fineONLY if your doing it for me to seee. But if you own one or 2 just for yiu that you wear once in a while like 2x every month. That's kinda weird but idc like its the same with girls wearing men outfits everyday like those ghetto ass hats. I think that's werid for a girl to dk unless yiu pull it off
Honestly man screw it. My girlfriend encourages me to wear them, she loves it. I mainly go commando, and she has literally said "why haven't you wore your thongs". Albeit they are thongs for men; I wouldn't be able to fit my boys in a women's thong.
If she gives you grief over it just tell her that's what you like, and they're the most comfortable (which they are). Men in thongs is still very much a taboo thing, or seen as gay, which is total BS in my opinion. I think it really shines bright on the hypocrisy of men and women when they attack men who wear thong underwear.

I think id laugh at first and make my boyfriend dance around and stuff...as long as you keep it playful and sexy she shouldn't care! If you really feel she'll be creeped out or mean about it kick her to the curb. You should be with a woman your comfortable enough to be completely yourself with.
I don't think it's a good idea to let a girlfriend find a thong in your room if you decide not to tell her you wear them, because she might think that it belongs to another girl, especially if they're girly-looking ones (pink or lacy or stuff like that). If you decide to wear them, make sure you do tell her before she randomly finds one. I personally don't think it matters what underwear people wear, but that's just me.

I don't even like wearing thongs so I don't know lol I love my boyfriend to death and will try to support him the best I can but . . .idk, I would be a little weirded out and would probably try and get him to stop.
