I was texting a girls I like late last night and after a while she said she was tired and was going to bed, but then she said text me tomorrow if you want. What does that mean?

It means exactly that: text her again. If she didn't want you to talk to her again, she would have just said goodbye. She might not have said it in a more affectionate way because she doesn't want to fully display that she likes talking to you. Girls can say things in an uncaring way sometimes as a way of self protection. But trust me, if she said that, she means it. So go ahead and keep the conversation going :)
