Keep in mind this was quite a number of years ago long before you were born. My friend and I walked into a bar and began using one of those "Counter clickers" that are used to take attendance and each time we used it we would say "No" well eventually a woman would come up and ask what we were doing I would then smile and say out loud "1" looking her in the eyes she would reply with "one what" and I would say I was just counting the number of women in the bar that were beautiful"

Now you can say it was corny but honest truth it worked more times than not.
