How do I go from small talk to the next step of flirting, I am really bad at flirting and need some advice.

I am a very social person and have many friends of both genders, and I can talk to women easily. But I have trouble moving from small talk to the next step of flirting. When I am talking with a girl I have no clue how to let a girl know I am interested without being awkward. Then what do I look for after that in terms of a yes or no? I pretty much do not understand how to go from small talk to making out?

Start by telling her something sweet. Tell her you think she's very pretty and you'd love to take her out on a date and show her to the world. Believe it or not girls like that cheesy stuff. Just don't go overboard. After you see her a few more times kiss her if she hasn't kissed you first. Don't force yourself on her though, you'll freak her out. Don't force your tongue down her throat, because the privelage of making out will come when she's ready. Some girls take longer than others, some take ten minutes haha. Just get to know her and flirt with her a lot. It won't be awkward if you're confident, or give her the impression that you are.

I mean to say start a healthy conversation.

Tease her,so that she remembers you.
